Image of the Day: dwarves new to the Surface wear sunglasses to deal with how bright all this shit gets
Additional concepts, dwarves new to the surface dressed for rugged travel and combat but also dope sunglasses of all shapes and sizes (one particularly popular look is a light blue lens called “lyrium blue” and non-dwarves are not quite clear if dwarves are just straight up wearing lyrium for pure aesthetic) AND parasols. Lots of parasols. Dainty parasols. Stabbing parasols. Parasols that are both dainty and very good at stabbing. Pastel lace pink parasols and glossy sturdy black ones. Parasols to keep the untanned skin shielded from the sun and also, because of dwarven height, to conveniently poke out the eyes of any non-dwarves who get too close.
The most dangerous thing in a city street is a stylish dwarf fresh from orzammar in her tinted lens and her three foot wide intricately designed parasol with alarmingly sharp edges.
