I love David Chang’s ‘hey, I get it… French and Italian chefs think they invented good food, but how about they get fucked’ attitude.

As a vegan who has used ramen in this way like…four or five times now? I gotta say, David Chang is not wrong. This is really fucking good. 

(for those wondering: I used this for butter and took a grater to this in place of the pecorino romano)
